Nice place to live, but the HOA is awful. The onboarding process to rent a place takes much longer than normal and requires taking a test that you need to study for. You also have to schedule a time to get a rules overview from the head of the HOA, and she is notoriously slow at scheduling this. They also have poor communication methods for managing projects like landscaping or other services. Pay careful attention to notices or you will get towed and the HOA does not care to help you at all.

great tennis courts, swings, basketball court, pool and you can event rent out a space for parties...etc
