This is my favorite place to play. Con’s: No air conditioning Music is only at one end of the facility Price packages have been a rollercoaster of change since they started, hopefully that is settling down The 8am time slot seems dominated by 4+ players, so not a lot of before work programs for the rest of us. Parking is limited, especially during prime time Pros: Great staff Beautiful courts Programs and a variety of ways to get plugged in They have a ball machine if you’re solo Sitting areas for socializing or chilling on your own Small shop with drinks & merch

I wanted to love this place since it's a lot closer to where I live, but it felt overall unwelcoming and overpriced. The courts look like they haven't been cleaned in a year and there are consistent dead spots all over. The nets are all temporary which isn't necessarily bad, but for the cost to play, it's subpar. The front desk staff were nice, but the coaches seemed standoffish. With so many options to pick in the Portland area, you would think these close knit clubs would do more to make you WANT to pick there spot... but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

My wife and I go here at least 1-2x a week and we love it. The staff are super helpful and friendly and we can almost always get a court when we want one. We've taken several of the beginner clinics and they have all been super helpful. We highly recommend this place!

Incredibly disappointing... as a more advanced player in the 4.5 and 5.0 rating, I've never felt less included in a club setting. They clearly do not want to open up the sessions to others unless you're a beginner or intermediate player and are happy just repeating the same people every week for the advanced groups. I could overlook the pricing, courts, and nets, if it didn't feel like the staff playing in the matches even acted like they wanted you to be there. I suppose I should have listened to the warnings from so many others in the PDX area. If you are someone who values inclusiveness, the social aspect of pickleball, or even just want to share some laughs in between competitive points, this is NOT the place.

Jumbos has amazing pickleball courts and great options for events you can join. My only complaint is that it costs $24 for a 2 hour drop in event for a non member. I understand that there is demand and so they can charge this much, but they booked 9 people for 2 courts, meaning that 1 person had to sit every game. For $25/event they should not be overbooking the event. They should book exact numbers so you get to play the entire 2 hours.
