Jean B. Waldstein Playground

Super cool park with a restroom, field, baseball field, tennis courts, a basketball court, and playground! Perfect place for kids and events and a great place to walk around too. Tons of good restaurants and food nearby but in its own little area! Very cool!

This is a great playground for kids, a great place for people of all ages to lie down in the grass, and an average or moderate place to take your dog on a walk while on leash. We take our dog here regularly and she loves it! Just know that the park is not fenced in and you shouldn’t have your dog off leash with all of the kids around, particularly near the children’s water park.

Great local park with little league field, grassy hill, playground/waterpark for kids, a few picnic benches and basketball court. The park is most notable for it's pristine tennis courts - home of social tennis leagues. Very family friendly. Bathrooms and water bubbler on site. The park is located near two public T stops (C &D lines). There isn't a great public parking option. Dog-friendly!

Most of my time spent here consists on trying to get the children to not touch trash. This playground is always filthy. They do not have a trash bin inside the fenced area- which aggravates the issue. Brookline is an expensive city to live in and you would think taxpayer's money would cover cleaning up the parks. Guess not.
