It's a nice picnic area with playground equipment and a community center

I signed both my children up for the after school program informing them that my son was diagnosed with autism. While there my son received Aba therapy with his caregiver. On days she was not there I had to pick him up because they had no plan of action or created a relationship with him or didn't understand why he played the way he did. Several times I would reiterate to make a relationship. He was then kicked out of the community center due to their lack of staffing?

I don’t believe my tax dollars are being well spent here. What happened to being able to go have fun at the community center like when I was a kid? Every time we come here my daughter is disappointed because It’s never open to the public.

This is an outstanding part of our community! They are doing excellent work during a very difficult 2020 - everyone in Hermitage appreciates them very much!

We visited the Hermitage Community Center for a friend's birthday party. The facility was clean, well kept, and exceeded any preconceived expectations I developed from the outside appearance. The restrooms were clean and well maintained. The kitchen area was great for birthday party needs! The indoor space was sufficient for a play area and also tables and such for adults to sit and chat and for everyone to eat, yet was small enough that no matter where I was in the room - I could keep my eyes on my children. I'm not sure what was paid for the few hours of rental, but it was well spent. They gym area was also nice for the older kids. We didn't use the playground equipment outside, but it looked newer and well maintained with mulch and even a nice walking path. Seems like a great place for those in the Hermitage area!
