Gustine Recreation Center

Hello. I’ve been trying to get in contact with the director of this center for weeks now. I’m a resident of the community and at times bring my son and his father there to use the basketball court just for them both to come out and say that they are closed (2pm) every time they come is unacceptable. The disappointment on his face because he loves basketball and this is his neighborhood rec center. There are also multiple children in the neighborhood that walks there and they are told the same thing as well. Your hours states that you open at 1pm, when get there it’s always an excuse(waiting for this person to come, you can’t use the gym today, you can only use one side of the gym, or at times don’t give a reason). I need for someone to contact me back at their earliest convenience. Thank you!

Ive gone here 2 years so far and it was mainly indoors but still enjoyable. They got breakfest then lunch in pretty close proximity but the thats because its only a few hours. Got a gym arts crafts room tvs a room to eat an pool im pretty sure and solid staff

Depends on what you're using it for I guess... parking is awful, as are the chairs (especially if you're a rehearsing musician) and it constantly smells of a freshly cleaned urinal. I'm glad it's clean, but it's headache-inducing...

The staff were giving out food. Fresh fruit, milk, cheese, yogurt and bread. The staff was very nice and we left a donation.
