Big City Pickle - West Loop

My family and I had an awesome time at pickleball. The staff was super friendly and fun that day. The food arrived hot and was perfect. However, I didn’t have the best booking experience. The event manager’s tone felt passive-aggressive at times and it made me feel stressed rather than supported. I’d recommend improving communication so customers feel welcomed and comfortable when planning an event.

4 indoor pickleball courts, high ceilings, and event space. Friendly staff and lots of offerings: court rentals, leagues, open plays, tournaments, and lessons. Great for private parties and corporate outings.

Visited in December and found the facility to be warm, clean and managed by a kind man named Jeremy. We're beginners, and he spent time with us to teach us the rules, gave us advice and tips on how to play. It changed our whole experience and we had the best time because of him. We'll be back!

Fantastic Saturday AM open play. Tucked away in West loop, a bit. Great alternative to Morgan manuf.
