A gem of a gym. Just the right mix of free weights, machines and cardio. Locker rooms are well kept and a good place to store your things while you workout. Great gym for the price. If you're a Glendale resident, you get a nice discount. Monthly membership is less than a fast food meal. Absolute best deal in town if you live in Glendale.

I gotta admit, this is a pretty sweet place to train. TRX, machines, basketball court, outdoor stuff and the nicest locker room I've seen anywhere.

Good exercise facility, but basketball court ac is deliberately turned off in a hottest time in summer, and heating is off during coldest days in winter. Happens every year

GSC offers an excellent spin class. Dimity is an excellent instructor who loves to teach, has a super attitude and brings a radiant smile to class.

The air conditioning system appears to be malfunctioning, resulting in excessive heat. Which is why I would like to cancel my membership, but they refuse to grant a refund.
