Mia is always welcoming, kind, and genuinely helpful every time I come to the gym. She goes out of her way to make sure questions are answered and that everyone feels comfortable. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly stand out. She creates a supportive and encouraging environment that makes the gym a better place.

Hi, I was extremely uncomfortable working out in a large setting. Mia H. was so amazing, she gave me a boost of confidence each time she saw me and she even corrected my form and tweaked the routine I came in to do which was a huge blessing. I love coming to the gym, especially when she is there.

Today I visited this gym which typically I don’t. Mia was so kind to give me a quick tour of the facility and greeted with a smile the whole time. I enjoyed my workout and felt welcomed by Mia and the rest of the staff also.
