Dave took really great care of us. Taught us about our racket and the quality of the string. Was honest and upfront and told us our racket was in good condition and didn’t need to be restrung at this time. He recommended some great balls for us to use and gave us exceptional service. Highly recommend!

About three years ago, my son developed a strong interest in tennis. After one of his private lessons, we came into the store to purchase a new racket for the upcoming season. The staff went out of their way to help us and even made sure we had the racket before the end of the day. Fast forward to about three years later, and our experience was completely different. When we arrived, several employees were busy some stringing rackets, another assisting a customer with shoes. After making a two-hour drive, we were hoping for a similar level of service while shopping for a racket for my daughter’s upcoming birthday. Instead, we browsed on our own and noticed that the demo rackets were very expensive, as were the new rackets. Despite spending time in the store, we were not approached or offered any assistance. A few employees made eye contact and then looked away. We walked around slowly, hoping someone would help, but the result was the same. My son was excited to help pick out a racket for his sister and sat down to wait. At that point, I told him we were leaving because it was clear we were not going to receive help. This was disappointing, especially given how positive our first experience had been. I left feeling discouraged and saddened by how different the store felt compared to before.

Fantastic store!! The staff are so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I got my TruFoam here, and Jason helped me wrapped it too. Highly recommended to all pickleball and tennis players in Vegas. Good variety of selections here.

Great experience demoing and buying a new racquet here. Xamien, Nami, and Jack were very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed.

Super helpful and funny workers! They were able to help me grab one of the only crbn paddles left that was at another location so I could pick it up the next day. Appreciate them all, best place to buy pickleball stuff!
