Forward Pickleball

My wife and I joined Forward Pickleball recently as beginners, and we’re already hooked! Everyone has been ridiculously welcoming – no side-eye for our rookie mistakes, just lots of encouragement and tips. People go out of their way to say hi, introduce themselves, and make sure newbies feel included. There are tons of courts, and like the fact you can schedule one so we’ve never had to wait around. We’ve been able to jump into beginner/open play sessions and get matched up with folks at our same level (2.0ish), which keeps everything super fun and low-pressure. It’s the perfect mix of getting better, laughing at ourselves, meeting new people and getting in a great workout. If you’re on the fence about trying pickleball or looking for a chill, friendly spot to learn, Forward is the place. We’re having a blast and already look forward to going every week!

We held a corporate team event here and everyone had so much fun! Keca and Robin helped my coworkers learn how to play pickleball and facilitated a round-robin tournament, which took all of the planning stress away from me. They also sent over some catering options and helped set up, ensuring my group could play and eat. They were really flexible with my group's needs as well. We will definitely be back!

Forward has been a terrific find! My friend and I love to play after work, and we’re novices but we like to have fun and get better at our own not-too-serious pace in a no-pressure setting where we’re not being bullied off the courts or forced to play in doubles situations that we’re not comfortable with, and this has provided us with that opportunity. I’d give five stars if the membership options negated the court fees and if online booking allowed for reserving on the half hour, but otherwise - for quality of courts, atmosphere, friendliness of staff, and convenience - high praise!

Took the FREE beginner class last night and had the best time with Crista ! The lesson was very informative and gave me the confidence to jump right into playing. Paige at the front desk assisted in signing me and my partner up for a doubles membership and registered us for a future class. Would 100% recommend Forward to a friend. Thank you ladies for your help!

I really enjoy playing at Forward and that is why I didn’t wanna give you any less than five stars. One challenge is what to do when you have six people and do not get games in As what may expect for play. Keca jumped in when she was available which was very accommodating. Additional time was also added, which was fair. It would be good to have an alternative for when there are not enough players for complete teams
