Good location along waikiki beach but a bit windy at times. It seems to be a popular place in the morning but most players are gone may be after 12? I visited around 1:30pm and no one was there.

Great spot for drop in pickleball by the beach. Place has 2 courts temporary nets permanent lines, as well as 2 courts that have a bit of a narrow fenced area. Slots for paddles to organize drop in play. There’s restrooms nearby, shops for food and bevies. Waikiki beach to swim in after games, it’s awesome! Friendly locals and tourists looking to play. Absolutely free! Play starts at 7:30am, done by 6/6:30pm. Courts even have big squeegees to dry the courts fast on rainy days.

There are 4 pickleball courts total however two of them are in one play area while the other two have tight fences around each one along with a short back wall. Those isolated courts are tough to get a competitive game on, which is probably why those were typically used by vacationers who are just trying PB out for the first time. The 2 courts in the same are tended to be more competitive. Those courts had a paddle rack for assigning 'next up'. There are some cracks in the ground and yes, the sand can be a slight factor. But it's free and next to the beach!

Great little spot. The far left courts as you look from the ocean are usually pretty competitive. The right two courts are not. Sand can be an issue, but they have rollers. Everyone was friendly when I was there. The fences and walls add a level of difficulty that's pretty fun too! Only downside was they close these at 7 daily, otherwise would get 5's!
