Always get top tier service, the workers always politely answer all my annoying beginner questions. I urgently needed a racket strung an hour before my match and michael got BOTH of my rackets strung in 25 mins. Life savers.

We received very disappointing customer service at Forever Tennis this weekend. First, we entered the store and received no welcome or acknowledgement from the staff, who were all busy stringing racquets. We immediately walked over to the shoe section and picked the shoe my son wanted to try on—no one came to assist, so we went to the counter to ask for his size. Once he brought out the shoes, the young salesperson did not linger to see if we needed further help—which we eventually did. So, it was back to the counter to ask for another size and model. This time, an adult staffer helped us. Checkout was also very perfunctory (from the first associate), without any questions of “Did you find everything you needed?” Or “May we help you with anything else?” Or “Thank you for stopping by.” The clincher was when the iPad checkout asked if I wanted to add a tip for services rendered. Will I shop there again? Probably, since they have the brands we prefer. But I go knowing that customer service at Forever Tennis is DEAD.

Love this place !!!! Fastest stringers in town! Always super friendly and helpful! Most places take up to a week to strings rackets however forever tennis strung my rackets within a couple of hours!
