Duane was amazing. He took the laces out of his own shoes to help me find the right shoes. I’ve never had such amazing service before. And we found shoes that are so difficult for us. This is a wonderful place. At checkout, Kirsten was lovely and charming and very nice.

Many thanks to Kyrsten. She went way above and beyond to help me with a problem I had with my pickleball paddle. She made the extra effort to help me, even though there were others employees working that day who had more knowledge, who clearly didn’t want to be bothered.

I used to be a loyal customer to this store. Bought only from this store when I needed a new racket or get new strings and get them restrung or purchase pickleball equipment for my partner and kids. I have always felt well taken cared of by their staff until this day. I recently joined a tournament where e-tennis was one of the sponsors. I ended up winning and received a racket from e-tennis as the prize. Upon receiving the prize, we were told that e-tennis will gladly help us exchange it for a more suitable racket and we should reach out to them to understand the process better. -- So I did, and called on Saturday, June 21st. The staff member I spoke with was not aware of this exchange policy for the winners. As I shared with him my questions politely, he spoke to his manager and relayed the answers to me. I thought the exchange of conversation was very respectful and we ended on a good tone where he was sharing all very helpful suggestions. He also recommended that I call back Monday 6/23 so I can speak with the owner to get a better answer if I can demo the racket before I proceed with the exchange. Today, I have been informed that the tournament organizers were told by the owner, Tobias that I was causing a commotion for the exchange of rackets. After confronting the owner, it was so evident that my simple questions of how the exchange works were taken so negatively by e-tennis and I am so disappointed to hear that E-tennis has chosen to taint my name like that by falsifying the way I spoke to them. They attacked my character for no reason and for that I have lost my respect for how e-tennis do business with their customers. Thanks but no thanks!

Amazing selection, service and staff! When you walk into the shop, you feel welcome and even if they are busy (which is a great sign) they will make sure you get all your questions answered. Just picked up my second new racket and have been coming here for stringing over the last few years and continue to be a supporter and fan of E-tennis!

Only been playing tennis for 5 months, the best store in my opinion to fulfill your tennis/pickleball needs. The staff is incredible, Dwayne, J, Jean (when she's working) and everyone else including the owner. Very welcoming experience, nice store layout and a wealth of sport knowledge.
