- Inside, there are 12 pickleball courts, a cafe, and a waiting area. - Each court has a partition to prevent balls from rolling too far, 6 balls are provided per court (Skill match open play), there are resting areas with sofas and benches by the courts, and there are CCTV cameras recording during play, allowing for video replays. - All zones are air-conditioned (visited in June). - The lighting shines upwards towards the ceiling and doesn't glare. - The men restrooms have 2 shower rooms. - There's a parking lot around the building, accommodating 20-30 cars. - Court reservations or participation in play must be done through their website or app. Additional comments: - The condition of the courts, nets, and floor are all very new (as of June 19). It seems like it hasn't been open for long. - Each court is spaced out, providing good ample space. - It seems that in some spots on the court, the ball doesn't bounce very well when it lands (at first, I thought it was due to spin, but looking closely, it seems to be the court surface itself). - The cafe looks spacious and inviting, with plenty of seating.

Down the Line Sports Center just opened today, and it’s already clear this is going to be a special place for pickleball. The courts are fantastic, the lighting is excellent, and everything feels purpose-built for players. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design. The staff made a great first impression. Friendly, organized, and excited to welcome everyone in. It already feels like a place where community will thrive. I’m looking forward to making this my go-to pickleball club. Can’t wait to see how it grows. Highly recommend checking it out early—you’ll want to be part of it.

DTL Pickleball is amazing! The courts are clean, the atmosphere is fun, and the staff is fantastic. Huge thanks to Allen Kieng for his incredible customer service — he’s friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the facility and its programs. Whether you’re a beginner or a regular player, DTL is the perfect place to play and feel part of a great community!

DTL Annandale will be my new home away from home! The facility is immaculate, the bathrooms are plentiful and clean, the courts are spacious and there are many places to sit down and relax in between games. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful whenever I have a question or need help with something. There are many options for open plays, clinics and drilling sessions for every level. The lighting and temperature controlled facility make this a great place for year round fun! There is also a high quality replay system where you can capture your favorite rallies to view again post-match. I love every time I step into the facility because I know I will have a great time and meet some awesome people. Oh also the food is great and the prices are very reasonable! I got the chicken sandwich and my husband got the burger and we were impressed - and will be back to order again very soon! Try the restaurant, you won’t regret it! There’s no place better to play pickleball at than DTL Annandale!

In addition to the high end facilities (12 indoor courts, locker rooms, gym, kitchen/bar, etc) the DTL team has created an amazing, open, positive and welcoming pickleball community. As a long time member I can confidently say that this place rocks!
