Took a group beginner pickleball lesson with Ryan. Learned a lot in one hour and the space is bright, modern & air conditioned and only 1 block from the train. Very friendly and pleasant folks at the front desk. Highly recommended!

Went to play pickleball for the 1st time in NYC and 2nd time in my whole life so far on Friday 3/14 at the LIC location. Staff is super helpful and professional. Instructors taught me how to hit the pickleball and went over rules so I play correctly. Facilities are clean and there are multiple courts you can play. Highly recommend coming here for team building, just for fun, and even learning how to play pickleball correctly!

I’ve been going to Court 16 in Long Island City and couldn’t be happier with the experience. First of all, Laurie at the front desk is absolutely incredible — so sweet, helpful, and genuinely goes above and beyond to accommodate. She was able to move the schedule around to fit me in and made everything so easy. You can tell she really cares about the members. The space itself is beautiful — super modern, extremely clean, and honestly looks like it was just built. I was surprised to find out it’s actually been around for years because it feels brand new. I’ve also taken multiple classes with different coaches here, and every single one of them has been fantastic. Alex in particular was amazing, but really, all the coaches have been great. Overall, just a really positive experience. Highly recommend!

The staff, instructors, and facility at the LIC location are all amazing. The intermediate classes I took were well-run, fast paced, and fun!!!

This is a rather subpar pickleball facility. I wanted to check it out because it looks glitzy and glamorous from the outside but I was pretty disappointed with my experience. I will say the concept of LED courts was cool. They could change from tennis courts to pickleball courts pretty quickly. However, one of the courts had a malfunction and they had to measure and tape lines onto the ground which wasn't a good first impression. There's not a ton of space either to play freely- often times my paddle would hit the wall while serving and you cant play aggressively without running into the barriers. The courts are also not real hard courts and have some soft sports that cause the ball to bounce weirdly. I was extremely disappointed by the effort that went into organizing the tournament that I signed up for. We "unofficially" came in second place but there were no medals and not even any formal announcement of who came in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Why even call it a tournament at that point? They told me it was going to be a DUPR event where the games would be logged but that didn't happen either. It was frustrating to have paid for something that was falsely advertised. Overall, I think this is a good place if you're just looking for casual fun social play but definitely not for competitive play.
