Beautiful riverside park. Walking and running path, cycling path, beautiful views of downtown buildings,Special play area and water pool for dogs, beautiful bridges to access both sides of the river, car parking place in some parts of the side of the street, long path and original views.

Cleveland Park is exactly the kind of escape I need after a busy week. The wide, open lawns and shaded trees make it a calm, relaxing spot, and the ample parking means I can actually find a spot without a hassle. I love heading there early in the morning for a run along the Buffalo Bayou— the trail is well‑maintained, the water view is soothing, and the pace feels just right. What keeps the park feeling peaceful is the community’s respect for the space. So, to anyone planning a group outing: please be mindful of the other visitors. Small gatherings are fine, but large crowds can quickly turn the tranquil atmosphere into a noisy mess. Let’s all do our part to keep Cleveland Park a quiet haven for runners, walkers, and families alike.

Great and clean public park with tennis courts (that have pickleball lines painted). Ample parking too and easy access to buffalo bayou.

We had such a great time along this path. Mostly Buffalo Bayou but we started at Cleveland Park and took the foot bridge over. Wonderful place and friendly people.

Tennis courts recently got repaved but that's meant that they're very difficult to access as there's almost always a line to use them during peak times (weeknights 6-9pm and all day Saturday/Sunday). Softball field is usually in decent shape, but very short fences means too many home runs. Lot of people have their dogs off leash but generally seem to be courteous about picking up after their pets.
