ClearOne is an outstanding indoor pickleball venue. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating. They go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable and supported. Play is extremely well organized and thoughtfully grouped by skill level, which makes games competitive, fun, and enjoyable for everyone. The courts are clean and very well lit, creating a great environment to play in at any time of day. My family and I have been regulars here 2 to 4 times a week for over a year, and the consistency and quality have never dropped. ClearOne has truly become our go-to place for pickleball. Highly recommended for players of all skill levels looking for a well-run, welcoming indoor facility.

We are from Brazil, and my husband plays pickleball, so we decided to visit Pickleball Orlando just to get to know the place — and we were extremely well received. We were welcomed by what we believe is the owner, a very friendly gentleman who took the time to show us around, explain the amenities, and make us feel truly welcome. The facility is exceptional: very well organized, spacious, and perfectly designed for those who play pickleball and badminton. When we visited, there was a women-only playing time, which we thought was such a great and thoughtful idea. If we lived here, this would definitely be a place we’d frequent regularly. It’s absolutely worth the visit and the experience. Highly recommended!

Its a great place to play badminton. Really nice and friendly staff and the facility is maintained really well. The only issue is that the management recently changed the timings reducing the number of time slots that were available. Making each slot 5 hours makes it really impractical for players as no one can play for 5 hours straight. The previous 3 hour slots were perfect time as the 7pm slot was perfect for after work play during the week. Even now, no one really plays before 6.30-7pm so there is no practical point to having slots from 5pm. Additionally, they increased the number of players per session to 30 without increasing the number of courts. So now I have to wait even more than I used to. I am paying more to wait more. I really wish the management reduced the cost and slot duration back to what they were before.

The new badminton changes are not helping wait times. Stronger players are still playing past the 20 mins allotted time and ignoring the queue system. I understand why they would as there is no enforcement for these rules. We end up paying more to wait just the same. This is especially egregious in the 5-10pm slot. Please either revert back the original time slots or enforce your own rules. At least with the original system I'm paying less to wait...

Need a more effective and consistent way to enforce court rules and ensure fair rotation when the badminton court is packed, or limit the amount of people who can come in per session/time slot to reduce overcrowding. Some groups ignore the queue, warm up for 20–30 minutes, and play multiple matches while others are waiting. When staff is alerted, it seems like there isn’t a clear process or authority to intervene, or they pick and choose who and when they intervene. This is unfair to everyone else who paid the same amount and is waiting for a turn.
