The bathrooms at Kiest Park softball fields is horrible. Im going to take pictures before we leave. This makes no sense and there are park employees here. The person checking the gates is selective on who they are checking for bringing outside food and drinks, let someone bring in 2 boxes of chicken. But I better not bring in a Snapple drink. The food at the concession area, is a law suit waiting to happen. Please make sure someone goes and checks the quality and cleanliness of that place. The condiments are old, that mayonnaise shouldnt be sitting out in the heat. I paid $7 for stale chips and cold cheese. It used to never be like this.

The northern portion of the Runyon Creek trail and the Glendale Park trail are beautiful. They are well maintained. I appreciate the trees on the Glendale Park trail They keep morning walks cool and serene.

⭐️ 0 Stars ⭐️ I would not recommend Dallas Park and Recreation programs to anyone. My daughter, Journii, was injured twice while in their care—once in the after-school program and again in the summer camp program. Both times she sustained serious cuts to her hands that required stitches. Instead of properly handling the situation, staff only placed a bandaid on an injury that clearly needed immediate medical attention. One incident required 4 stitches, and in both cases, we had to seek outside medical care ourselves. The most disappointing part is that the item that caused her injury was provided by the program, yet Dallas Park and Recreation, along with the City of Dallas Risk Management Department, have refused to take any responsibility. They have denied both claims and left us with medical bills for injuries that happened while my child was in their custody. This shows a complete lack of accountability, safety, and proper training for their employees. I would never trust them with my child again, and I urge other parents to reconsider before enrolling their children in any of these programs.

We loved it. Everything was perfect full of activities and entertainment. Well organized, friendly staff. Happy holidays. We definitely come back next year.

Dallas Parks is my favorite place to relax and unwind. The air is very fresh and the ambiance is relaxing. I also go here for a quick work-out.
