Lack of any semblance of customer service ruins what would be a nice raquetball center. Brenda is rude and a terrible manager. My friends and I have been coming here for over a decade and the reservation process was always laborious and customer service/staff friendliness was about 50/50 but there are (usually) 6 raquetball courts and it’s an affordable way to play with other who love the game in the community and support the City. Lately, the gentleman at the front desk has been very friendly and welcoming. However, a couple weeks ago we called and reserved a court, knowing there was a tournament later, but we were told we could play beforehand. When we got there, (4 of us driving half an hour across town) we paid the daily fee and then were told by Brenda we couldn’t play. We let her know we reserved the court and called to check the night prior. She did not apologize, she said “they shouldn’t have told you that”, said we couldn’t play, and walked away. She didn’t offer to refund our daily fee or give us a credit for the future for our inconvenience. When my friend asked for a refund, he waited 15 minutes while Brenda took his credit card to the back and still didn’t apologize. Its sad and makes playing tennis or getting a gym membership at LVAC even more compelling.

My first day there. I got yelled at by a Mexican dude for entering a basketball practice I don't know was a practice. A 2-5 minute tour of the place would help cut down on unnecessary run-ins. Good equipment. Well taken care. Affordable.

Nice place to play racquetball. I believe 5 courts. Lots of other activities and classes available, like weights, cardio, etc. There are 2 vending machines if you need a snack or drink. Vending items a little pricey. Staff is super nice, and facility is clean.
