Chicken N Pickle - North Kansas City

Avery was a wonderful server! I’m back in my home town for my birthday from Texas. Came to try out Chick N Pickle for the first time annd had a great time! Avery was Always checking up on us and making sure we are good. Never had a time we didn’t have a drink full! Even gave me a Chicken Cake Pop! 🫶 Thank you for making it a great start! 🙌

Went here because they were open late and wish we’d come earlier! It had just rained so it was empty, but looked like so much fun! The food was delicious (yay for fried pickles!), the beer was tasty (had the Space Ranger), and the games were so fun! It would be a super fun place to watch a game too as there were so many TV’s. Highly recommend!!

My favorite place in the world to get breakfast, home made cats head biscuit and delicious gravy....gone from the Menu. Biggest mistake EVER. Take a cue from Cracker Barrel C&P...people want their home cooking and GRAVY. oh my goodness this is horrible news for this place that I used to eat at most every weekend.....come on guys! I was forced to get waffles and chicken....chicken was hot but the waffle was so cold it would not even melt buttter....so disappointed cause this place is better than that....I feel a tear coming on.

I have been here several times and I wish I had taken pictures when it was nicer weather and you could see everything that goes on outside. When I go back this spring/summer I will try to add photos. This is such a fun place! It doesn't matter what age you are or what level of athlete. Every time I come to Kansas City to visit family, we always schedule to come here. You can only schedule 2 weeks out. And sometimes they have special events and tournaments so there may be limited time. One thing I wish they would do is when you reserve a court, you could reserve a specific one. Because we had a large group and people came in and out, it would have been nice to have the court that was closest to the exit/ tables. The food is okay, but I love the drinks and the atmosphere. They have indoor and outdoor courts. They also have a restaurant you can eat inside. And when it's nice weather there are a lot of outdoor games you can play. I absolutely love this place! Highly recommend!

This is a happening place! It’s much more than just a place to eat. You can play corn hole and ping pong for free while you wait. You can reserve a pickle ball court for whatever time works for you. We walked in at 8:16 and reserved a court for 9:30 (earliest available). The atmosphere is fun and you can sit inside or outside. The chicken and waffles were delicious and so was Bill’s Salad. I had the ribs which were a little tough. But, to be fair, this is a chicken place. 😁
