Center Court Condominiums

Great place to live. I have lived here since 2011 and love it. Phenomenal location close to Old Town and amazing amenities - two large pools, pickle ball and tennis courts and full sized indoor basketball court plus close to the greenbelt. It's more than a place to live, it is a lifestyle!

Great place to live with all the amenities you could ask for! I was told the pool is the largest in phoenix for an apt / condo. The place is massive and the gardeners keep it on point all year. It's a lovely atmosphere. Great job guys! Dog friendly and any type of food or entertainment are walkable and also dog friendly. New gates but sometimes the foot keypad dies and you have to go to the other side.

I love this place. I try to come here often to visit my family. It’s proximity to Old Town is perfect! The grounds are impeccable. With it being a gated community, safety is never an issue.

Great community that is 95% owner occupied, two pools (one Olympic size) a full indoor basket ball gymnasium, tennis, racket ball, gated and a 10 minute walk to 40 restaurants. Bike path access is 2 minutes away and the Scottsdale Trolley to downtown stops in front. Can't ask for more.

The energy was very offputting during my stay here. The year round members and the veterans seem to be fairly unwelcoming to new faces. It seems there is a disconnect from the board to the management and in turn to the HOA members. There is a bitterness and tension between newer homeowners and, again, the veterans. Leaves for a less than desirable stay.
