Really nice complex. Used the gym and pool. Pool was set up 25yds but I do believe it switches to 50m on Mondays. They have a google calendar that is up to date. Locker rooms and clean, pool is clean. Locks are all over the place for accurate time management within sets. Gym was just across the parking lot. Not a very large space. However everything that one would need. A+ find and would go back for sure

There is a staff member employed here who is very rude. Also, she does not allow you to pay with manual card entry, even at the end of the line. Conversely, there is this wonderful man who works there whose name is Ron, who will let you pay in this manner. I do not have a debit card because I very recently turned 18 and so the bank closed it. My parents dropped me off super early, and I was there to pre-buy tickets before the actual time. With Ron's word behind me, the bad worker finally kind of conceded after a few passive-aggressive remarks, and let me pay, but made me be always at the back of the line before letting me do it, resulting in a very unpleasant experience all at the hands mostly of this one staff member. They have the capability to readily accept this payment method, yet for no reason do not do so without a serious fight even though the only posted method you cannot use is tap to pay, which I am not using. I would pay with physical card or cash if I could, but I can't. Resulted in a delay of my skating of more than an hour :( Skating is my passion, one which I rarely get to do due to a unique family situation. It really hurts to have a bit of wind taken out from beneath my wings by someone who has something against me, and seemingly everyone, for no reason. After I got my ticket after an hour, this worker said more passive-aggressive remarks, and said she would never let me do that again.

We’ve gone a couple of times for open ice public skating days. I don’t have much to compare by since I haven’t skated anywhere else but it’s a ton of fun. Our two oldest kids have a blast doing this - they start off super scared, clinging to the walls, but half an hour in they’re skating around with little friends they’ve made. The only downsides are that it gets crazy crowded (which is kind of stressful on the ice since I’m a big dude and there’s often traffic jams that are hard for a large novice to navigate through without crushing a kid or something) and the rental skates are super uncomfortable, although admittedly I have no point of comparison so that could just be the way they fit.

We were here for a hockey tournament & enjoyed playing at this rink. Parking can be tricky, but I love that they allow tailgating for parents/families. There's a nice little area with picnic tables by the entrance for before games, too. In terms of the usual cold ice rinks, both of these are pretty warm for spectators. Make sure which rink your game is on, as Rink B isn't immediately noticeable & the entrance "tucked in" a bit on the side of Rink A, though there is an overhead sign. There are large, clean restrooms, table space for gathering in the lobby area, good concessions, and plenty of bleacher seating. I was VERY impressed with the wheelchair-accessibility and great, convenient area for those with wheelchairs to get a wonderful, clear view of the games. (That's such a rarity at rinks that aren't at universities or in the ECHL/NHL.) Overall, this was a great rink and a wonderful experience for our youth hockey tournament.

So cool! They are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Helped my daughter with her skates we didn't even purchase from them. Will be back for my skates and pads!
