Nice cardio room and weight room with everything you can need. I go in the afternoon/evenings and have never had an issue getting a machine. Many treadmills, 6 ellipticals, 2 stair masters, 1 erg, and multiple bikes. I use their personal trainer service and love my trainer - fits my personality perfectly. And I have never felt judged or unwelcome here

Our family has been using this facility for over two decades. Our daughters (now 23, 25 & 34) participated in numerous classes/activities and attended the pre-school. Now we're back with our grandson! He currently takes toddler classes. There's a nice variety of activities/classes for adults and children. The staff has always been friendly & helpful. The facility and the equipment has always been clean and in working order. We'll continue to utilize this and other THRPD facilities for as long as they'll have us! -McClan

It’s a nice location, closest gym to my house. I worked out once and it was fine, the second time I had an allergic reaction and had to leave. Learning now that they allow multiple dogs into the gym at certain times - which I am allergic to. Wasn’t aware of this before and certainly won’t be back.

I had to leave because there was a man with two extremely stinky dogs. While he was there, everyone was forced to use the other side of the room. This scenery was very weird. Also, all the windows opened even though it was cold days. After he left, the smell of the dogs remained. I couldn't use the Smith machine for a while due to this. The management obviously knew but said they couldn't do anything. I enjoyed coming here, but it was ruined by this man. It seems his right was protected but don't we have rights?

We recently discontinued our membership. This review is solely focused on the weight training room. One member routinely brings two dogs with an offensive, overwhelming odor. The smell is so powerful that members must move to the far side of the weight room, and the scent lingers after they depart. Management is aware of the situation but has chosen to only 'mitigate' it by opening windows, a response that has proven ineffective. While the dogs appear well-behaved and may be service animals, accommodation does not override a facility's responsibility to maintain a clean, sanitary environment. Management’s decision to tolerate these conditions has disrupted the basic usability of the gym, making it impossible for us to continue working out here. Ultimately, the owner is responsible for the basic grooming and hygiene of his dogs so they do not impact others.
