Sarasota Pompano Pickleball

This is probably my favorite place to play pickleball. People play late here, which is perfect for me. In my area, most players are retirees who play in the mornings or midday during the week, so it’s hard to find people to play with in the evenings. That’s why I drive all the way from Venice (about 45–50 minutes) to play here at night. I also appreciate that they have a beginner, intermediate, and advanced sections. It’s a lot of fun!

Great courts, ample parking, clean restrooms. Crowded in the 8-10am and after 5pm hours. Courts for all levels. Very friendly. On Legacy Trail.

Cute little park. It would be perfect but there is 1 bench that provides very little shade. Features also include a small basketball court, tennis courts and baseball fields. The playground is good for smaller kids in the 2-5 range. Easy access to the legacy trail and plenty of parking. Has restrooms as well.

12 terrific courts...separated by skill level. I usually play indoors... however outdoors adds to the excitement when the weaather cooperates. Lots of nice folks...

Gorgeous courts, lights, parking, bathroom.... check check check check. OPEN PLAY everyday dawn to dusk. Lights go out at 10 pm sharp. Skill level courts clearly identified, so throw your paddle in the queue system and have fun.
