This place has it all. They have Pickleball, racquetball, tennis, a swimming pool, workout room, weight room, and fitness center classes for people of all shape sizes and colors. It is great. I’ve never been in a gym that had so much diversity as far as the workouts available and equipment and so forth. And what’s amazing to me is they constantly are improving it, remodeling it, and making it better.

I drive 30 min 3-4x a week from Camas, WA to this facility. Why would I do this to myself!?! Easy answers: the staff & facility. Roman at the front desk is super friendly & enjoyable. He knows how to put a smile on my face at 6 am. Lastly, I know where my monthly payment is going towards. The building is in tip top shape because it’s constantly in renovation & problems are fixed. I highly recommend this facility. It’s worth the drive!

For what you pay to be a part of this "Premier" club in Gresham, its not worth it. I've used the Bay Club in Lake Oswego for years and recently moved to Gresham and thought this was a decent replacement... Its not. First, the tennis courts are decent but you have to pay extra to use them, pickleball courts are always packed and you have to pay extra to use them. The gym says new equipment but its really not, you can see it in the wear and tear on the cushions and seats of majority of the equipment. Secondly, there's better gyms, better pricing that doesn't make you pay extra to "belong." Its basically a country club that has a gym. And don't fall into the "we have a swimming pool" trap. I've seen apartment swimming pools that make Cascade's seem like a toddler attraction, not to mention its 4 lanes wide and three of them are for one person at a time. I will say that most of the staff are great and friendly. The tennis crew are trash! Of course they asked us to pay extra when my kid wanted to borrow a training racket, they had over 15 of them hanging in their office. I ended up going home and getting an extra. The 24hr Fitness off 181st and Halsey is great and pricing for a month at Cascade is the full year there! Plus they have most of the same amenities. You can make the decision for yourself, I'm tired of paying for nothing and this company is exactly that.

Overall, very pleased being a member. I enjoy all the water classes available. There is always room for improvements, especially in the locker room. As far as cleanliness and working items. I’m learning that there are members who are no longer able to be members due to cancellation of insurance policies, use silver sneakers . And I am concerned that the increase in rate of membership will hinder keeping those particular members or others

Remodel looks nice but someone should straighten up at night since members won't or aren't. Towels, paper towels, dumbbells and plates strewn around the gym all over the floor. And you really should clean up after remodel mess. Nasty buckets still sitting on the cardio floor. Materials sitting in the corner for weeks like an interrupted poop. We pay a lot for membership and you charge like an upscale gym. Show some pride and make it feel like one. Also, some enforcement of your rules would be nice. Long time member here saying you can do better.
