Capital City Pickleball - Downtown (Waterloo)

Great community and location! Everyone is super friendly and it’s nice having the option of indoor and outdoor courts to play on. It’s one of downtown’s hidden gems for sure!

Waterloo pickleball was perfect for our company offsite activity! We booked 3 courts for ~30 people and everyone had a lot of fun (Waterloo even had a coach available to run a workshop for beginners). Very responsive and accommodated everything we needed. Would highly recommend for any team event

Indoor court is literally in the middle of a CrossFit gym. Don’t recommend. It really needs nets on the sides or something to keep your stray hits from interrupting peoples CrossFit workouts. Outside courts might be ok, but I would not recommend the indoor one.

I booked a court for $40, coming in from out of town. We had a flight delay so I wanted to change my reservation to a later time. Waterloo’s court reserve site does not allow you to change/exit/alter a reservation, it just allows you to cancel with no refund. So now we are out $40. I tried to call the number and it’s a non working number. Bad business.
