I would give Beretania Community Center a five star rating had it not be for the homeless crowd. But can’t help it. Homeless is at most parks. The B.C.C, is a good really good park. They have what parks in general have in addition to nice surfaced tennis, pickleball and basketball courts. Last I saw, it is well maintained. Families flock there all week however as all parks, it gets crowded on all weekends and holidays. Parking is at a premium. Lots of parking spots but lots more cars. There’s parking on streets that are close to the park but like the parking lots, it’s not enough on weekends or at certain days of the week. It’s quite a big park and there is space to picnic and play. Children can play their own games under supervision. Supervision is a must. If or when you plan to take the kids or your adult friends to spend some time chilling for a few hours, get there early. By noon on weekends and holidays it will be crowded with people and cars. Enjoy!

Beretania Community Park is a vibrant, well-kept space with sports courts and picnic areas. Perfect for families, fitness enthusiasts, and community gatherings in a friendly atmosphere.

Not a bad Park but like many quite a bit of graffiti on the children's playground. I like it because there was a concrete pathway that I could ride my bike around the park with my daughters. No benches to sit on which is odd and a negative. Nice grass and a couple of basketball courts. Some of the housing nearby can be a little trashy

Nice community park with a basketball courts, a couple of pickle ball courts(bring your own gear/netting). There’s a children’s gym set but no swings. There are benches and some picnic tables. But unfortunately, no use of bathrooms during most of the time.….to deter homeless and druggies from using the park. Be aware, alcoholics frequent this park in the late evenings, watch out for broken beer bottles just laying around. Daytime…ok, Nighttime…sketchy. This community park is surrounded on three sides by section 8 housing.

It is a nice, small park with courts, walking sidewalk, some swings for children, some benches and picnic tables. There are a lot of homeless in that area so the restrooms are rarely open.
