This business focuses on customer service and really gets it! And they focus on having a top-notch facility, and nail it! I had a great experience here. I liked that I could sign up and pay through the website and book everything online. I also had a couple of questions and liked that I could txt someone and get a response back. I played open play 2 times during the week I was here for vacation. The weather was rainy and so playing indoors was very nice and I got some guaranteed games here. The facility was clean, well-lit, and cool even in August heat. No wind and cool temperatures was awesome! Alecia was super sweet and very helpful with directing parking during a full-house open play event. I enjoyed the mixing and I do feel like more leveling could make this even more fun for players of all levels. Maybe a 4.0+ challenge court and then the other courts 3.5. I played some mixed and men’s games and had a great time. Enjoyed games with Buck, Ann, Anna, and other nice players there! My 2nd open play session was today and had 7 of us signed and so Matt from the front desk jumped in to make it an even 8. Today’s session was described as Intermediate and Advanced. Matt was a very solid player and also just a super nice guy. I had a fab time overall playing with and against him. I loved the vibe here, all really great all around. The next time I vacation here, I’m sure I’ll be back, and if I lived locally here I’d definitely be a member and pretty much live at this place! Haha. What a wonderful gem in the heart of South Walton. The best indoor facility I’ve ever played. Clean, roomy and no distractions. Clinics are all top notch. I’ve leaned so much! Owners are fantastic too! Thanks Alecia for running a Top notch operation!
