One of the best parks in Sarasota to visit even if you’re permanently in a wheelchair. Staff is outstanding and so are the lifeguards. If you make this place and Lido Beach your daily routine, you will have a wonderful time meeting new friends and getting your daily workouts. Be prepared to swim and not just lie around in the sunshine. No lazy members allowed 😂

Arlington Park Sarasota is a great local spot with trails, tennis, a playground, and a nice pool. It’s clean and peaceful, but some areas could use upkeep and parking can be tight. Still, an awesome place to relax or get active.

I took my son here. Love the fitness area here! There's a separate playground on the other side of the fence but it's definitely for toddlers and little kids. He made it work for a few minutes. There are paved walking trails as well. The aquatic center looks great but we didn't go in. Nice Olympic pool and more. Nice park!

The 0.5 mile trail that goes around the main pond is well-maintained and makes for a nice walk, or a pleasant jog in my case. The wildlife is abundant and overall this park is great.
