I’d offer more stars but I think it’s unfair a lot of children come to play basketball in the evening but cannot stay past 6pm because it is so dark and there seems to be no urgency to fix the lights that are supposed to illuminate the court. The pickleball courts are fine but everyone doesn’t come there to play pickleball. To be more inclusive to everyone, they should fix lights for the basketball courts. I’m not sure who to contact regarding this matter.

Lovely place to play tennis! And the pickle ball courts looked amazing. Also saw an assassin bug trying to get a massive lubber grasshopper. Crazy!

The City of Jacksonville has done a nice job of updating this park to include more pickle ball courts. There are three small baseball fields, one large baseball field, one full size basketball court, and now offers twelve (12) pickle ball courts. The pickle ball courts can be very busy, especially early morning before it gets hot. By 11:00am I find courts nearly empty. The basic rules are posted on the fence to highlight skill level for each court and some rotation rules when it’s super busy. When courts are empty you can play wherever you want for as long as you want.

1. Sports Facilities - Multiple baseball/softball fields - Basketball courts and soccer areas - Great for youth sports and casual games 2. Playground & Picnic Areas - Safe play structures for kids - Shaded picnic tables and open grassy areas 3. Walking Trails - Short paths ideal for walking or jogging - Quiet, with natural scenery and tree cover 4. Community Use - Hosts local sports leagues and small gatherings - Clean and family-oriented

12 beautiful courts. A beautiful Tues morning (9 or 10 AM). Completely empty. If you build it, they will come. Perhaps, but they're not yet here. Maybe tomorrow.
