Pickleball Backyard

What I look for in an indoor pickleball facility is simple: will this place actually help me improve my game? Pickleball Backyard has absolutely delivered on that. I’ve met great coaches here, made good friends, and seen a clear, marked improvement in my skills. Coming from a full tennis background, this is where I truly learned the drops, dinks, and the more intricate swings that make pickleball unique. I’ve played their late-night open play (8–11pm) and even participated in a couple of tournaments. The programming is excellent, the leagues are well-run, and the overall vibe is friendly, supportive, and fun. If you’re looking for a place to grow your game and be part of a positive pickleball community, Pickleball Backyard is a fantastic choice.

This is an incredible facility and what better way to beat the heat in Arizona than to play Pickleball indoors. With multiple spacious courts there room for great match play. It's clean, well maintained and the staff is user-friendly. If you're in to Pickleball this is a must see.

Awesome, new facility! The best is easy guest access. Dave who checked us in was very nice and helpful. We definitely be regulars here if we lived the area.

Wow! What an incredible new indoor pickleball venue, in Gilbert, AZ! This has got to be my favorite court color combo that I’ve ever played on. The deep dark court color, and the black NVZ/Kitchen really contrast so well with Franklins and Duras. Even the dull yellow colored Dura pickleballs are super easy to see! It’s always nice to have more space on the baselines but the 7 ft (measured on an app) didn’t feel too short, at all. And ove for some good ATPs! The courts looked pristine and yet when we left, after midnight, a cleaning crew came to vacuum all the courts and even use a cleaner/buffer on them. That explains why they look so dang good! We were just in town visiting and I was so happy to find these courts and be able to show up and have the club packed with people to play with! It would have been nice to see more 4.5+ players but it was still a great vibe all around. Strong work Pickleball Backyard!! 🤙

Awesome indoor pickleball facility with the ability to reserve courts in advance without having to pay a monthly membership. Staff is very friendly and the facility is always clean.
