The best experience ever Chaz, Anthony, Sarah and Bree were ALL extremely professional. Cordial. Knowledgeable tour was fabulous the units, amenities, location, all the bells and whistles us modern day working class need require plus more. Everything is brand new operable pet friendly which was important to me Communication on point. I appreciate that they pay attention to detail. Neighbors are friendly great location for my son to attend high school. I’ve been recommending and I formally recommend any and all to come see why the Alta community are a step above and beyond the rest I’m extremely impressed and excited. Thank you all so much for everything and all you do!! Top Tier advanced customer service and professionalism. My first smash burger on the new stove 🫶🏾

I’ve been living here for about a year now, and my experience has been amazing from start to finish. The apartments and shared spaces are always well-maintained, and the community itself is peaceful and welcoming. It truly feels like home. What really stands out is the staff. Anthony in the front office is incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Arlos has been especially amazing he went out of his way to help me with a very heavy package and even brought it all the way up to my apartment, which was extremely kind and truly appreciated. Moments like that really show how much the staff cares about residents. I’m very happy living here and would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place with great management and a positive atmosphere.

Anthony gave me a very thorough tour of Alta Rise. He went above and beyond and also broke down the cost of everything to make it easier to understand what it would really be like becoming a resident! He also made me laugh a lot it was a fun experience. I was very impressed by the dog wash room, the gym had a ton of equipment and all the amenities. I do wish there was more grass areas. Definitely not a deal breaker. They have really nice washer and dryers. For the price it’s way better than anything nearby & brand new. The unit I’m looking at no one has live in before. I was way more impressed than I thought I was going to be! Thanks again for the great tour!

From the moment I walked in, Alta Rise completely wowed me. The property is beyond perfect, spotless, and even smelt amazing. I was warmly welcomed by Arlos, Anthony, Sarah, and Bri, and it was the first time I’ve ever met an entire office team during a tour — such a great experience! A huge shoutout to the maintenance staff for keeping everything pristine. The luxury pool and cabanas are stunning, and the Speakeasy Room and Sky Deck are truly one of a kind. I also love that there are monthly resident events to bring everyone together. I left my tour feeling so impressed and can’t wait to call Alta Rise home. This community truly sets the bar for luxury living!

We've been here for about 6 months now, and our experience has been nothing less than incredible. From the cleanliness of the apartments and shared spaces, to the amenities, and even the friendly & quiet neighbors, Alta Rise does a wonderful job of making us feel like this is our home. We've only had one issue with the light strips under the kitchen cabinets, but one of the maintenance employees, Zac, came and fixed them right away! We love all of the staff. Anthony in the front office is also super helpful!
