Love this place! Not long of a wait to play a game and meeting nice people! Love how we can choose what level court to play in. I’m a beginner so it’s nice to play with others my level. Glow in the dark was most fun!

I would have given this facility a 5 star rating for all the amazing things they have going on in their club. We’ve been a member since the club open up and we go together as a family all the time together with our friends with their kids as well. We all have a good experience, not until last night, a staff member named “Jennifer” approached us in a rude manner, telling us that they are gonna “kick everyone out and they would be glad if we switch to other club”. We’ve been playing for over 3 years now and have been in multiple clubs both outdoors and indoors and we never have this issue before with not allowing our kids to be in the facility. Our kids are not being disruptive to other members and the property. We chose to try out this club for the community that they are trying to build, but now, we are not as sure.

I’ve been extremely impressed with this indoor pickleball facility and its overall business model. The open play format works well for players of all levels and continues to be a popular and well-received structure. The franchise’s free one-month trial is an excellent way for new players to experience the facility firsthand; although it would be even better if members were able to select which month they would like to use for their trial. Hopefully this suggestion can be considered by the franchise leadership. The staff provides exceptional hospitality and consistently creates a welcoming environment. The managers deserve recognition for their professionalism and the high standards they maintain. I also appreciate the thoughtful amenities offered—such as the supply cart stocked with complimentary water, grips, bandages, and other essentials—which not only enhances the experience but also saves players money. I’ve had the opportunity to speak with the owner and his wife, and they are genuinely wonderful people. The owner truly values member feedback and actively works to implement suggestions, which reflects his strong member-focused approach to running the business. The courts are well-maintained with a great gritty surface, the bathrooms and locker rooms are kept extremely clean, and the filtered water is excellent. The designated dink court is also a nice addition for warm-ups. While I would always welcome more courts, having 15 indoor courts in the Sacramento area is already impressive. Another standout aspect of this franchise is that they provide free pickleballs, eliminating the need for players to bring their own and offering even more value. The check-in process is convenient and efficient, thanks to the app’s QR code system, and signing up for events through the app is equally seamless. If this facility were closer to me—and if more of my friends became members—I would gladly join as well. Their membership tiers are well-designed and reasonably priced. The mid-day membership at $49 plus tax, allowing unlimited play for the day as long as you check in between 11 AM and 2 PM, is one of the best deals available. Overall, their pricing remains among the most affordable in Sacramento. This franchise has a bright future, and I hope to see more locations open throughout Sacramento and across the United States. The franchise leadership deserves tremendous credit for building such a high-quality pickleball experience.

The club itself was great. However, almost everyone knew everyone else and they only want to play amongst each other. If you are there for the first time, almost impossible to find a court where you could just drop by and play.

I took my kids to check out ACE Pickleball Club during opening weekend, although I was a little hesitant since it was my first time trying out pickleball and being overwhelmed with my kiddos present, the staff and all of the members were so kind and helpful. My kids enjoyed learning to play, and I can't wait to go back.
