31st Street Sports Complex

Parking is very tight and small for that many fields. Concessions were limited to tents outside the entrance. The park staff made sure the garbage cans weren't overflowing. More shade would be helpful, the fields are decent. Restrooms need to be updated.

We and neighbors really wish when in use, whomever could keep the music&bass to a level that does not shake the windows of the home owners a stones throw away. We love to see the community out and together, all that Fridays and Saturdays. All the sports games and such. But parking lot parties, that overflow into the other area around, the bass @ 10:45pm, shaking our windows, some of us with a baby, well. Wish our houses came with a warning at purchase.

Really amazing facilities. Clean bathrooms, illuminated fields... Couple of sandy patches where you can roll your ankle but otherwise fields are in good shape, flat, good drainage
